College files theft case 11 months after 43 certificates go missing

The Government Women's Polytechnic College on Seshadri Road, KR Circle, has lodged a complaint stating that graduation certificates belonging to 43 diploma students have been stolen, nearly a year after it was supposed to be issued to them.
