Utkal University opens Ahimsa Sthal in its campus

Governor Ganeshi Lal on Wednesday inaugurated Ahimsa Sthal (place of non-violence) in Utkal University campus on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary.
